Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a specialist factory with 16 years’ experience.

Can I receive a sample to test before placing an order?

Yes, orders of fewer than five samples are acceptable and can be ready within three working days.

What is the delivery time?

Usually 20–25 days.

Is the quality guaranteed?

All our products have a shelf life. Should you receive a faulty product during the warranty period, we will compensate you with a free replacement on your next order.

How do I make payment, and how can I be sure the products I receive are of good quality?

We accept both T/T and L/C; we usually require a 30% deposit prior to production. Before shipment, our specialist sales team will provide you with full details of your goods.

Can I design my own layout?

Yes, we can print your design free of charge provided the minimum order quantity is met.

Could you send a sample so I can check the quality?

As our products contain compressed air, we are unable to send you a sample that has been filled with gas. If you would like to see how they work, we can send you a video or arrange for our local agent to send you one.
